Jason Isbell

Acclaimed, award-winning artist Jason Isbell has announced tour dates in Fall 2016. The shows are in support of the recent release of Something More Than Free, his highly anticipated fifth album (Southeastern Records), for which Isbell recently won the Grammy Award for “Best Americana Album”. Isbell also won the Grammy for “Best Americana/Roots Song” for ’24 Frames’, the first single from the album. Isbell will be touring with his band The 400 Unit, featuring Derry Deborja (Keys), Chad Gamble (drums), Jimbo Hart (bass) and Sadler Vaden (guitar). 

Something More Than Free is Isbell’s most sonically diverse album to date. It features Isbell’s Southern inspired vignettes of working class men, women and traditions that permeate 11 new songs of pure honestly and authenticity.
